WHY MCGILL LAW OFFICE
My vision is to consistently deliver an excellent client service from which I can build lasting relations. I believe that the attorney-client relationship should be one built on understanding and trust, from which you can feel assured and confident that I will always represent your interests to the very best of my ability.
In addition to my client centered philosophy I offer my clients a goal orientated attitude, a flexible fee structure and global connections.
I are focused on meeting my clients' objectives as quickly as possible, without incurring substantial cost if that is avoidable. Ie will identify the key issues of your case and the potential problems that may arise at an early stage with the view to avoiding unnecessary legal expense or delays. I also explore whether there is an innovative approach to a case which can provide a practical and less expensive solution to an otherwise costly and drawn out legal process.
Flexible Fee Structure
I offer a variety of ways in which you can structure payment of your legal costs, depending on the nature of your case and the type of representation you require. I am committed to providing my clients with a tailor- made legal service and, where appropriate, I encourage clients to choose a preferred fee arrangement, including hourly rate, fixed fee, contingency basis or a combination of these options.
Edmond McGill is licensed to practice law in California and is “of counsel” to the law office of Rod R. Sisson in Anchorage Alaska. In addition to being licensed in Alaska, Rod is licensed to practice in Hawaii. Edmond has litigated cases in association with Rod, appearing with permission of courts pro hoc vice in Alaska and Hawaii.
UK lawyer Richard Parry previously performed contract legal services for me and is now practicing law in Grand Cayman. Richard’s membership in The Law Society of England and Wales, as well as his admission to practice in California, and his former association with Eversheds LLP offer me the opportunity for global connections and, when useful to my clients, I will refer them to these connections.
